All the instructors are professional and informative. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Palmer and his instructors are amazing. They meet every student on their own level and inspire growth. I for awhile wondered if this was beneficial for my 9 year old going on his third year. That was quickly answered when I surprised him in our pool and grabbed him from behind… He quickly created space using self defense tactics. My whole family laughed and I threatened him he’d never come back.lol although that’s why my children are here. Not only do they gain important survival skills but also to learn discipline and self respect.

Pride is a place where you can learn martial arts and take away much more. Respect, integrity and self-esteem are fostered in a positive environment. Pride has experienced and skilled instructors that manage large classes excellently and make hard work fun! Definitely a place to go if you are interested in martial arts, self defense or kick boxing!!!
