What to Expect in Class

A Typical Cardio Kickboxing Session

Our program is designed for adults at any stage of their fitness or martial arts journey. We blend traditional martial arts with modern training methods to create dynamic classes that are energizing, engaging, and effective.

Combinations of Punches & Kicks

Jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, roundhouses — you'll learn them all in a structured, progressive format.

Elbow & Knee Strikes

Incorporate powerful close-range techniques that build coordination and teach real defensive fundamentals.

Instructor-Led Padwork

Non-contact training with focus mitts and pads — guided by certified instructors who keep every rep sharp.

Calisthenics & Conditioning

Burpees, sprawls, core work and bodyweight circuits layered between combinations for maximum cardio output.

All Fitness Levels Welcome
